Hi there Cam,

Thanks for your note. We are looking at a 5L Dishwashing Liquid at the moment. I've just called Crazy Clarks in Toowoomba to check if there's any Laundry Active in stock. They definitely have it. They are in Ruthven St.

Hi there Gary,

We released an improved dishwashing liquid formula about 9 months ago now. It sounds as though you have an old bottle. I have just posted you a replacement.

Many thanks,

Wendi

Hi

I recently brought your Dishwashing Liquid for the second time. The first was fantastic, just a few drops and it foamed and lasted the whole wash. The second bottle, I need a lot more (almost a cup full!) and the foam doesn't last longer then 30 seconds.

I'm quite disappointed.

Hi there,

I think your products are fantastic! I'm all for Australian made and owned!

Just wonder if you would consider making you're dish washing liquid in a 5L size? Also I can't seem to find your laundry active soaker in Toowoomba QLD, is it still available?

Thanks, Cam.

Hi there Steve, it's not petty. Our 1kg carton has never included a scoop, our 5kg carton does. I have noted your address and I'll send you some scoops today.

Kind Regards.

Hi there Jake,

Thanks for your feedback. The Supreme Window Cleaner should definitely not leave a cloudy residue. If you call me on 03 9721 5000, I'll organise to swap yours for a new one. This will allow us to test yours, to see if we can get to the bottom of it.

Thks,

Wendi

We are currently using the Supreme Window Cleaner at work and are having some real issues. It isn't giving a Streak Free clean and is in fact leaving a very cloudy residue wherever the cleaner has been used. I have tried using a polishing cloth, Paper Towel and Newspaper but none have helped with the problem... I can send photos if you wish.

I am a cleaning lady of 20 years standing and have tried most products. Recently, as I'm on a budget, I purchased your 'Supreme' range to try.

All I can say, is that I hope your products NEVER go off the market! They are AMAZING! to say the least.

Your 'Shower, Bath and Tile cleaner' just blew me (and the dirt) away! I tried it on an extremely old and neglected shower/bath recently...just spraying it on and whilst going about other chores, I came back to find years of soap-scum build-up, was just melting away! The client was amazed! As was I!

I now just laugh, when I see ads on TV for 'Easy-Off Bam'...which, incidently is CRAP! Your products are now the ONLY ones I use. Congratulations on your great range....you keep makin' 'em and I'll keep usin' 'em!

I have recommended them to ALL my friends and they too are completely hooked. Thank you so much!

Hi there Lida,

I'm really sorry to learn of your issue with our laundry powder. I suggest you try dissolving the powder in warm water before putting it in your machine. This should do the trick.

Hello..Ive recently bought the 5kg laundry powder stain remover..IT's great as it takes away all the Stains BUT the powder itself does NOT DISSOLVE and after the washing has been complete, sometimes large and small particles of ball like powder come out .. and it is very stressfull to keep on rewashing the clothes, to take away the soap. Cry ANY tips on how to discard this problem.?

Good Morning, recently I purchased Supreme Laundry Powder "heavy duty" for the first time & I must say the wash was fantastic, I have had a problem with bath towels - especially hand towels, all traces of oils & dirt removed just beautifully...

I will definitely be recommending your product.

Thank you

Hi Wendy,

Yes it is safe to use our laundry powders for a septic system. Many thanks for your idea to put this info on our labels.

Just started using the wash powder. My grand-daughter is allergic to soap and both her and my daughter are allergic to many chemical additives. Great to find a product that they aren't allergic to and doesn't cost the earth (or impact on it either!). Question though: Iassume it is safe for septic systems and if are your other products? I know people who won't buy your product because it doesn't say so on the packaging. You should advertise your good points at point of sale!

Hi Narelle,
The laundry powder is low in phosphate but it does contain sodium. The water from the rinse cycle would be fine to use, but not from the wash cycle.

Narelle

Is the laundry powder phosphate free so the rinse water can be used on the garden?

We have a small cleaning business in the Margaret River area of Western Australia and I bought your shower, bath and tile cleaner. It is excellent and so easy to use. I can't remember where I bought it but I know it was reasonably priced. Maybe I can order online in future?
